General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

OWNER DESIGNATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship.

OBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the conditions for booking and renting the
Accommodation offered by the Owner, including:
- two furnished tourist cottages;
- two guest rooms with or without breakfast.
No catering activities other than breakfast are offered.
No alcoholic beverages are sold.

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of booking.

RESERVATION

The reservation becomes firm after:
- acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
- payment of the deposit or the total amount indicated at the time of booking;
- written confirmation from the Owner (email or other written medium).
The Owner reserves the right to refuse any booking in the event of a prior dispute
with the Client.

PRICE

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the charges mentioned during the
reservation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- The tourist tax is not included and remains the responsibility of the Client;
- breakfast is only offered for bed and breakfast rooms;
- Any additional services will be billed separately.
The Owner reserves the right to change their rates at any time. However, the
Confirmed reservations will still be charged at the rate in effect at the time of booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by:
- bank transfer;
- bank card;
- species ;
- any other means accepted by the Owner.

The Client agrees to:

ANIMALS

Pets are accepted subject to a charge of €10 per day and small or
medium size, only one animal per stay;

RESPONSIBILITY

The Owner cannot be held responsible for:
- loss, theft or damage to the Client's personal belongings;
- service interruptions beyond its control (water, electricity, internet, etc.);
- cases of force majeure.
The Client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or others
